Straight answer please Ed or Spare Ed

Has the technical department put in place a specific program that has the ability to ban a particular user based on their ISP or IP address or some other scrutinising criteria , and more specifically, has the technical department at AB towers managed to use such a program to blanket ban any attempt by Legend to register and or post on the site?

I look forward to a Frank (or Jesse) reply to my enquiry.

There is software available to do this, but only the AB team will know if they have banned a particular user.

When i am at work i log on using a earthenet (spelling ? )
If they banned that connection they would ban 1,600 people at one go
