Great start! I just signed in and you ban my first question (is this a record?). I suppose it's because i put the same question in 2 different categories??? Sorry, i didn't know, well it could have entered either category, i just thought i would have had a better chance of getting an answer.

I believe it's best to post a question in only one section because it's useful to be able to see other people's replies and to keep everything together.

 

We have asked for a "Miscellaneous" category for everything which doesn't obviously fit anywhere else.  Maybe one day....

Duplicate questions are removed and questions in incorrect categories are moved. We do it because it helps you get the correct answers quicker and also stops two or more users going to the trouble of answering a question (that may involve research and/ or time spent constructing a reply) that you no longer need or want an answer to.
