woulod it be technologically possible to only allow the upload of an avatar from someone's pc or laptop linked to their ISP, and then if they are removed and try to reregister, or if they just use another name, they would automatically have to post using the same avatar??? It would be like a cyber passport photo. Not sure of the technicalities, but then people would know who someone had been.
