the black font looks too formal and does not contrast well with the autimn shades of the leaves, and who calls it the answerbank (except you in your email addy), the background is not clearly defined and the leaves are seemingly hanging on some sort of bluey grey skipping rope, could there not have been a little more of a natural look about it?

What new logo? I can't see one! I can see the autumn leaves but no new AB logo. I presume you mean something that replaces the clover shaped thingy that is still showing on 'Latest posts' and on the Marshmallow avatars. Or am I being dimmer than usual?
