End the agony

How about putting a stop to the posts by juvenile users who treat this website like the agony pages of a teenagers' magazine?

I have no problems with the "juvenile users" as long as their posts are not rude etc. etc.

How ridiculous.  Young people have a perfect right to use this website, and their problems are very real to them.  Were you never a teenager with problems?

We understand soupspoon's frustation at this website - a knowledge exchange - being used more and more as a chatroom by users.

However, we feel that it would be unkind to delete users who post their problems and users who offer kindly responses.

Finally, we suggest that youngsters with genuine difficulties seek the advice of a parent, close relative, guardian or another responsible adult with whom they are familiar, rather than strangers on an internet knowledge exchange. AB users can help by suggesting the same course of action.
