I think anyone should be able to make a poll. With the usual AB rules applying so you can't have one for example asking which ABer do you hate the most.

Or would the site be over-run with them? And especially silly one's, when people are bored?

I can't see this working. People will be making polls asking all sorts of stupid things.

I have a thought for an invention, if you can call it that, it's an everyday object with a bit of a twist so it's not completely new. And I wanted to do research to see if lots of people would actually use it.
