Would it be possible to show the last date against these that there was any movement on the thread.  I often miss things on older questions because all that indicates that there has been any new postings is the number of postings.   Does this make sense?

My screen does show the number of answers and the date of the last answer. I don't understand your question. Am I missing something?

The date given is the date of my last answer rather than the last answer received by anyone.  Unless I have got in wrong.  ie.  I went back to a very old question of mine which I posted back in October and found that loads of new answers had been posted right up until the end of February.  However, the date shown is the last date I added anything to the thread.

Landie    I am right.  Under my User Profile, the date shown as date of last answer is my last contribution on all the questions and answers I have checked on, but the number of answers is correct to date.

It's a bug. It's supposed to be last posting date. But from certain screens, like 'recently viewed questions' it sometimes shows last viewing time or some other date. It's just a bug.

I've checked again and must apologise. You're right, it gives the date of my last answer not the last.

Any comments Mr Editor sir.  It would make 'My Profile' far more useful, especially if the threads were in order of date of last posting.  I hate to think that people post me an answer and I miss it as it seems so rude not to acknowedge the answers.
