Where is Answerbanks advanced search feature?
15 Answers
Can I filter my searches by date to find questions asked in last day, week, month
etc? It's quite frustating to see questions which are a few years out of date.
I can't find the advanced search button... Is this something that Answerbank has
forgotten to add?
Thanks

search filtered by date is an important tool when you want helpful answers or suggestions to current problems... a similar question answered a few years ago may
no longer be relevant or even useful to solve a problem today! That's why I asked the
question.

NazNomad, thanks but I wasn't looking for any particular answers.
My original question seems to be falling on deaf ears with others though, so let me again clarify... The value in these type of sites is in the questions already resolved in the past for others, (the Nations collective wisdom, if you like!) but AB needs to have an advanced search facility to allow us to serve up ONLY the answers resolved in a certain timeframe. Without this you would have to wade through pages, and pages of results! Check out how Yahoo does it here: http://uk.answers.yah...h5X5Zgf3IlQ;_ylv=3?p=
Anyway, the AB editor says it is on the agenda for AB's next upgrade and that's good because the ability to 'Power Search' saves everyone time.. It''s not rocket science!
