bad communication

hi i dont want to seem rude but the site is great what i can see but my wife introduced me to it and has been waiting for her welcome email for over a week and therefore until she receives it. She cannot ask or answer any questions etc so im hoping you send me the mail so she can use your site she has sent you 3 messages over 1 week but has nt heard anything back from you. her user name is whuppah  its a shame as the site does look great and would be very useful but if we hear nothing then we'll look elsewhere hope we get the email soon
