I've just had an e-mail from AB and was surprised to see a very common grammatical mistake:
"We've made a fair few changes in the last two years, some of which you might of missed"

"Of " is not a verb. The correct word should be "have"

Please don't do this. it spoils anotherwise excellent site.

It must be - I got one for a username I abandoned.
I got one too, to say the same and where have I have been for the past 2 years etc?
...aww bless :-)
Yep, we noticed it as it was sent - as is the way.

My fault entirely, and I can only offer my apologies.

Except to Naz, who is being an arse.

We've had about 30 or so emails about it Molly. So you're not alone.

Spare Ed
hehe ... moi? :-P
Crikey, folk nowt better to do?

I noticed it, and simply thought "meh", hardly a massive issue is it?
"Except to Naz, who is being an arse. "

As soon as you've earned the right, Doc ... ooh, was that Satan I just saw go past my window on a skidoo?
Spelling and grammar seemed to be better when last I posted. Reading through this thread I conclude that some contributors appear to be just ignorant of correct spelling and grammar rather than making mistakes. I am surprised that Ed would refer to a user as "an arse", is this the nature of things on CB these days?
Yeah, good innit?
