I feel that as AB is something of an international site( European members, along with Aussies, Canadians and USA folk; etc.) We should refrain from requesting the Ed to acknowledge the days for Patron Saints because we could end up with celebrating the Saints of Countries for which some of us may have no respect.

The only Patron Saints day I personally celebrate is St Patrick's Day - I can't imagine that I'd ever be offended by the National symbol (or at least, AB's interpretation of it :o) ) or flag of another country though. Live and let live.x
