Hi Chaptazbru

I mentioned The Accident on a thread about 3 months ago (I'd been bought the hardback) I thought it was excellent. Hope you enjoy it

Are they edible then?
Chaptazbru, sorry for making silly comment! I havent read either book and hope you enjoy them.
I enjoyed the Peter James one.................
Question Author
No probs grasscarp - it made me laugh !
Thought you would have read that one craft.
I know someone has read the Lynwood Barclay one from an earlier thread of mine, but can't remember who it was now.
someone did recommend Lynwood Barclay on here and I have ended up buying all his books but I am in the process of reading them by order. The Accident came yesterday. I am totally hooked they are really good : )
I mentioned Linwood Barclay, someone else did as well, but I don't have
that one.
Just about to start the 2nd Fifty Shades Darker....
Question Author
Yes mumstheword, Lynwood Barclay is an excellent thriller writer.
I've just got the new Ron Grace one that came out this week. I'm savouring the thought, and saving it.
Question Author
I wonder why Asda didn't have it. I bought Perfect People from there yesterday and assumed that was Peter James' latest book. If there's a new Roy Grace, I want it !!
I loved the Peter James one -had to look up few terms at the beginig of the book (wrote down a synopsis in book ,so my daughter ,who will read it too will understand the gist )Dont think I have read the Accident but will have a look at waterstones.
For those who know how addicted to my e reader I am I do buy books that I know my daughter will like too
I don't have a very long attention span these days but have trying to wade through Kate Morton's third book (The distant hours). I am about a fifth of the way through.

I got it in Oxfam and after I have read it it will be going back there.
Perfect People isn't a Ron Grace book chaptaz. The latest RG is Not Dead Yet.
Look at the bibliography for all his books in date order

Question Author
I know it's not a Roy Grace book craft, I just thought it was his latest book, as I know he writes others besides Roy Grace. I was just curious as to why Asda didn't have his latest Roy Grace one. Thanks for the bibliography, I am fairly new to his books.

wolf - I was disappointed with The Distant Hours, not my favourite of hers.
I must admit that the Distant Hours is getting a little bit long winded and when I get bored I am tempted to just go to the back of the book to see what happens.
Question Author
It's the ending that disappointed me the most wolf ! Her other two books were excellent.
Question Author
Just read the bibliography craft and it made interesting reading. I see Perfect People was written last year. I haven't read all the 'Dead' books yet, must try and get them all.
I read my first Peter James book day before yesterday, it was Prophecy... can't say I was bowled over and it's in the 'second hand shop' bag. I've got another one, 'not dead enough' on the shelf to be read, hopefully that's better.
I'm reading Distant Hours at the moment - not up to the standard of The Forgotten Garden certainly.
Question Author
I haven't read Prophecy China, so can't say. I think the 'Dead' books are excellent though (as does craft).

I definitely agree bensmum.
