Started her newest book yesterday - and I'm off to bed now to finish it! Actually, I'm thinking about re-reading the whole series again.

Spotted 'Vanish' by Tess in a charity shop yesterday and bought it.

Just finished reading 'Vanish'. If you love a good thriller, you will enjoy this book. Highly recommended.
I love Tess Gerritsen books, if you like your thrillers nice and gory, you came to the right place. Funny, though, "Gravity" was the first one of hers that I read, and I didn't like it at all. It almost put me off reading anything else by her! Thank goodness it didn't as they are a great read.
love her books...i've read every single one. they're all great x

I've recently found 'Surgeon' in a charity shop which has been recommended on here, so looking forward to reading that. I've also got 'Gravity'.

She's excellent.
The one you REALLY must read is The Mephisto Club its about the 5th or 6th in the series and is BRILLIANT - you could have my copy of the surgeon but I can't squeeze it through the screen
Question Author
It's alright QOM I've got a copy .......
Never heard of The Mephisto Club, but I'll certainly keep any eye open for it.
I do not go for American authors as a rule as I do not like their general style of writing. However if you like good mysteries I can recommend Mary Higgins Clark, whom I recently discovered. I thought at first that she was English.
I can guarantee a really good thrill with it -enjoy :)
Question Author
Mike - thanks for the tip about Mary Higgins Clark, who I've never read.
