A friend of mine has just told me about a book supplier called TheBookDepository.co.uk.
The price of a book which I purchased from another source was £2 more expensive.
The difference is accounted for by the postage and packing charge. Their website states that there is no charge for delivery.

which website says P&P included?

Anyway, I think this is a clear case of 'buyer beware'.
Seems they offer 'Free delivery Worldwide'

sorry, forgot to paste link!
I often buy books through eBay, rather than Amazon, because of the p&p variances, but it works both ways. Buyer Beware!
These guys are good.

Should have added:
Check lines 5 and 6 in Description (click "Learn more") to see whether hardback or paperback, and condition - I usually decline anything less than "very good".
that's how some websites make money - low prices but heavy postage fees. (Newspaper "giveaways" often work the same way.) Do your sums, then choose.
