A children's book?

When I was in elementary school, I used to check out this book. It was my favoite book, but I forgot the name. It was yellow, I think. Had around 99 pages. Each page contained a picture with one question. A page I remember: Which end is the bee's stinger? The only written in the book was the question (maybe the answers). If you have any idea what the book is called and/or who it is by please leave an answer. Also if you know of any site that can track a book with my provided infomation. Thanks, this book means a lot to me.
