Latin and Greek Text books

Having decided to start putting my affairs in order, I found in my attic a box of Latin and Greek text books. Our local charity shop didn't want them and suggested "trying the internet".
Since I am a "technophobic computer numptie" (according to my son-in-law ----- he does appreciate some of my other abilities such as childminding!) I haven't a clue where to start.
Any suggestions please ?

what we need to establish is exactly what do you understand about the internet? (I'm on your side by the way - having just mastered the of digital photography) Do you know about Google, Ebay etc etc - Latin and Greek text books may well have a specialised market.

I can Google (I think!) but there apppears a myriad of sites (sometimes into the thousands) so I just wondered if anyone had already been through this same process and could guide me to a suitable selection of sites.

There must be somebody ,somewhere , interested in "Platonis Res Publica", "Demosthenis Orationes II ii".!!!!!!

Are you anywhere near a university which might offer classics? Students are always glad of secondhand books, especially in classics as they're very expensive new, and it sounds like you have Oxford Classical Texts. If you're anywhere near Oxford there's a classics bookshop in Burford http://www.classicsbookshop.co.uk/.
Alternatively there are bookselling services online like https://xmedia.ex.ac.uk/forums/viewforum.php?f=83&sid=15add10846f0ce2922f31d70a128262a - never used them, but might be worth a look.
Good luck selling them - wish you'd found them a few years ago as I'd have bought them!

I DID find them years ago, but always hoped that my grandchildren would show some interest in the Classics, a vain hope!

I would gladly have GIVEN them to you had I known you were a disciple in the groves of Academe!
