Sorry for posting this in the "Literature" section I was in Tescos during the week and bargain books at rock bottom prices were "Biographies" John Barrowman, Craig Revel Horwood, Graham Norton, Gazza, Keith Allen, wasn't tempted to buy them even though I enjoy Biographies! Would you be tempted! Who's Biography is worth reading as I am looking for a good book for my forthcoming holiday!!

Depends who you like, really. I read Russell Brand's, which is a real insight into his character and why he acts as he does. Paul O'Grady's is interesting. He hasn't led a particularly glamorous or shocking life, and his book really serves to show just what an ordinary bloke he is.

Leslie Phillips' one was a good read. Dawn French, OK, but a bit 'bitty'.

My favourite of late was Richard Hammond's 'On the Edge', which is basically the story of that crash, his life leading up to it and since. There's a section by Mindy, his wife and the whole thing is beautifully written.

If you want a laugh, read Clive James' 'Unreliable Memoirs'. The first volume is hilarious.
Kenneth Williams is worth reading, it is quite horrific in places.
If you mean KW's diaries, you certainly won't find that in Tesco!
