Dragon book

I'm not sure if anyone could help but....
The other day i remembered a booked which i was read last year but i cant remember what it is called and unfortunatly i can't remember much about it but its bugging me so im hoping someone can help on what little detail i can give so

The male lead is called something like F'lir/ F'lar/ F'nor/l- something along those lines and he has a Red dragon and a younger half brother who is also a Rider.

There is one Golden dragon who is female and is pretty much the queen of all other dragons.
the dragons can disappear and reappear in a blink of the eye oh and the Gold dragon and her lady rider figured out how to go back in time.

Please can anytime tell me the name of this book?

there'a series of books by lady called Anne Macaffrey?the series is about the Dragon Riders of a planet called Pern I can't remember the name of the particular book but nif you goole Macaffrey you'll get there. Dont forget tho it's a series and best read in order

Definitely the Dragonriders of Pern series by Anne McCaffrey - I read some of the early ones many years ago and still remember those details. I believe she still releases new ones from time to time.
