Title of book/author required please

I usually read thrillers or cop books, but occasionally I like a soppy romance. I was trying to tell a friend about a book I read some time ago, but I can't remember the title or who it was by and am hoping an ABer might be able to help, cos it's driving me mad!

The story was about a woman who got a job as a PA in the highlands of Scotland to a really grumpy guy (Duncan?) who ran a farm or something. He had a friend who fancied the woman, but she got involved in a publicity thing about the forests and her boss wasn't too pleased because then he was also involved, naturally they end up together in the end.

Can anyone help?
