Art of 1250-1500

Hi, I'm trying to find a picture and the dimensions of a paintings called 'The Wilton Dyptych', which I think is by Paulo Giovanni. I've googled it and can't find anything. It should be hanging in the national Gallery, but I'm not sure. Its for a project at uni, we're designing an art gallery for a permanent exhibition of Rennaissance work, including this one. Any help would be fantastic... Thanks!

for a web-page which actually illustrates a painting of that name, though it says it is by an "artist unknown". (Yes, I know the title of the website is silly!)
