Please can anyone explain in simple terms the correct way to use this referencing system? My brain aches from trying to fathom what goes after the quotation and what goes at the end. I am not the brightest tool in the shed but I really want to get this right.

Basically, you put the author's/s' name(s) followed by the year of publication in the text ("quote quote" (Seedhouse,1997)), and then in the bibliography you list the author, year, title, place of publication, publisher (Seedhouse, D. (1997) Health promotion: philosophy, prejudice and practice. Chichester, John Wiley.).
