Can anyone tell me the name and author of a poem that starts something like this
"There was once a girl who would never say please - with arms on the table she'd sit at her ease and call to her mother in words such as these: "Pass the potatoes" or "Pass me the cheese"!

There once was a girl who would never say "please"
I believe if you even got down on your knees
She'd sit at the table, just as smug as you please
And yell at her mother with words such as these:
"I want the potatoes. Pass me the peas. How 'bout some butter. Gimme the cheese."
So, the fairies, this rude little daughter to please
Whisked her away on a powerful breeze
Down with the ants and the wasps and the bees
In the woods she must stay till she learns to say "please."
This version is sung by Ken Lonnquist. He does't make it clear if he wrote it or if it is traditional (or whatever). I found it on this site.
