If you get the opportunity, see this play. I cringed to begin with thinking it was going to rely too heavily on slapstick which I don't enjoy. I rarely laugh aloud....I did last night. Brilliant script....crazy story....well cast.
Coincidentally, following Ladybirder's thread yesterday, I sat with a group of ladies wearing purple and red hats which didn't go! Great fun.

Was this a live performance in your local theatre, or one of the NT 'live relays' ?

Audience participation was superb....especially the you know what bit that we must keep secret.....so good.

Hi Tony......Well thanks and my legs seem to be getting better...god knows why. Can't just be the no smoking can it? Haven't really missed the cigs but now and again I think... ohhhhh a cig and a Guinness mmmmm. Tests on Monday..what will go wrong?
Big spending spree today...thanks to Dave telling me how to save £5 at Aldi.
Well thats good about the legs, gness. How long without a cig ?
when pondering audience participation I find it useful to check the shoes of the luckless victims hauled out of the crowd. Flatties tell a story.
Question Author

Six or seven weeks Tony, since Sqad's info scared the pants off me.
