Do You Recognise Any Of These Three Authors ?

I would be grateful if you could take a look at the authors numbered 6, 9 and 10 at this site, http://www.thenorthernecho.co.uk/leisure/superbrain/ and see if you can recognise who they are. There aren't any written clues it is simply a matter of recognising them, or not ! I have deliberately posted the qestion on this site to hopefully attract interest from someone who may not visit the quiz section. Thank You for any help you can give me

Thank you mazie I wasn't aware of this site. em10 I don't think you have looked at the right set of photos as they are all three quite old men. There are 6 sections and I perhaps should have said to scroll down to the book section. sorry

Yes I've got that one, but there are so many hard ones this year I'm about 15 shy on the photos alone.
