Looking For Name Of Book

There was a book I read about three pages from four years ago that I'd like to check out again. I don't know the name or author and the details are sketchy, but I do remember it had to do with a girl named Julie who comes to find a woman [who was either a fortune teller or dream reader or something] who says that her real name is Jewel and that she's her mother or something of the sort. I've been trying to find this book for a long time now and it's been bugging me. Does anyone have any idea what book it might be?
