Personalised Poem Please

Looking for someone who could write a personalized poem from details supplied by me .....it's for a special birthday. Used someone called Natalie in London before but lost touch. Can anyone help? Happy to pay a modest fee. Only looking for a few lines.

Sorry I did not get back sooner. I have been unwell. I would probably be able to help you out. I do family poems for birthdays and things. Only problem is: would you be happy to communicate on here. I am not sure about giving out my email address on here. Is there some sort of message option? Otherwise if you send me the details on here I can have a think and send the poem back. Better hurry though! I am back to work on 19 August and things are going get a bit frantic after that. Details: Name, how you know her, how long you have known her, something funny a memory you both share. Is she just your friend or do you share a friendship group. Hobbies, her family (ie how many children, their names, grandchildren, their names. If you have a Flickr account you could write all this down and scan it to there. Then I can look at it securely and send the poem back. I would not charge anything. Quite enjoy doing it actually. HOpe this helps.
