Harry's Sister?

So I heard a rumor that in the next book R.A.B. is going to be Harry's sister that supposedly died of SIDS. But she was taken for some reason by someone, I dunno. But she's a very talented witch, she was kept from Hogwarts to protect herself and Harry but in the summer that is where Dumbledore went, to train her. Any of you think that's even possible?

SIDS is short for sudden infant death syndrome other wise knows as cot death. wouldnt she have similar initals to harry R.A.B if its initials means that last name begins with B and wouldnt she have been mentioned before by teachers and other pupils

Sounds a bit soap-opera-esque, if you ask me. Also, Dumbledore told Harry that he had been searching for Horcruxes during the summer. He's also sat Harry down and made a point to say that he is going to tell Harry the truth about everything. Can't see there being anything else that Dumbledore knew, otherwise he would have told Harry.

Sounds very star wars actually...there has never been any indication hints or otherwise that I am aware of any way, that Harry was anything other than an only child.

well i heard somewhere else on this site that RAB could be sirius' brother regulus, but he is also supposed to be dead i think so there could be some kind of conspiracy there, after all he was a death eater or definitely supported voldemort so it sounds believable because the note in the fake horcrux was addressed to the dark lord, which what only the death eaters call him. and the note sounded like it was from someone who had been close to voldemort a one time, though isnt anymore.

I'd have to agree that I think it's Regulas, as I posted to other questions, but I just thought this was a weird theory, Harry having a sister.

harrys muiddle name is james, so wouldnt her middle name be lily so she would be r l b? or am i just talkin nonsense?....

I don't think thats possible i think R.A.B. probably stands for Regulus Black i don't know wat the middle initial stands for but it probably is because 5th book there was a locket that they couldn't open in grimmauld place.

Where on earth did you here a rumour like that? It's interesting enough, but why wouldn't Dumbledore tell Harry? How would that "protect" Harry? I'm going to search the web for more details on that...
