Note this isn't a RIP Pratchett thread.
As he wrote them it most certainly will be the end of any new ones. Strange question.
the discworld will live on the the imaginations of those who love the books. but as the author of the books is dead yes its the end of any new books from him

not sure what your question is meant to get at?
Ian Fleming is long gone but you still see new James Bond books. If there's an appetite for new Discworld books the publishers might try to satisfy it.
That article is 2 years old.
I can think of no-one better placed to carry on with chronicling the events in Discworld than someone who has grown up there...
So what you are asking is , should an author have the right to allow their work to be continued following their demise? - Yes of course, their choice.
Rhianna has stated since that article, that she would be the CUSTODIAN of her father's books and would not write them. I am not sure whether she will allow anyone else to complete any part written material assuming there is any. Personally I hope that she doesn't.
maybe instead of myself or others doing better research, you could word your questions better and include the relevant references

just a thought

"This article is two years old."

All may not be lost. Did you see they are petitioning DEATH to bring him back ?

I won't hold my breath.
He had 2 co-writers to help with the science, but without his spark of genius I doubt if they could produce anything worthwhile.
For any writer or artist, falling off the perch is always a good career move.
