Children's Book About Three Bears

Hi I'm looking for a children's book my late father used to read to me. I don't know what the book was called or who the author is.
The book was about a mummy and daddy bear and the trouble their three baby bears got into. I think two of the baby bears were called beny and sue and one of stories was about them getting into trouble whilst picking Mother's Day presents. From what I can remember the book cover was green/blue and was read to me mid 1960's.
I know it's not much to go by but if anyone has any information about the above book it would be greatly received. Thanks.
