some years ago there was a religious book written by a middlesborough footballer and co-written by STEVE CASTLE then of leyton orient  does anybody know the title of the book and the middlesborough footballer who co-wrote it ...mani tks

Don't know the title of the book but I suspect the player was Alan Comfort who played for both Orient and Boro. For a while about 8 or 9 years ago he was the curate at my local church and I go to know him quite well. He has since moved on to be a vicar elsewhere.

mani tks to  rumford  for putting me right  i new gavin was involved  because he used to go barnehurst methodist church with my wife   but it was definately alan comfort and not steve castle    the person who i gave the book to 2/3 years ago foned me up and put me right    tks for help
