self-help books

Can anyone recommend a good self-help book about dealing with anxiety? I would prefer one which isn't all 'new-age'y but that looks at cognitive behaviour therapy and is quite common sense. I've got 'don't sweat the small stuff' but that doesn't really explore the problem. Thanks

It won't contain any life-changing solutions, but it's very informative on the causes of anxiety and devotes a lot of attention to the cognitive processes of the mind. Remember, Knowledge is Power. Hope it helps to develop further awareness of your own mind. xx
