Cartoon book and website

Can anyone jog my memory please? I'm trying to remember the name of a website where an artist made strange, often cute and profound cartoons using fairly coarse computer graphical tecnhiques and usually stick characters with often large heads. It spawned several books which were collections of their art. Significantly viewers were asked to submit possible titles for future cartoons, many of which were used.

It's been about two years since I looked at this site, hence I've forgotten its name. But it was rather accomplished and I'll imagine it's still going. Can anyone help me?
