Can anyone tell me the location of Cyril Connolly's blue plaque in Eastbourne please?

I Remember Studying A Book For A Level English Literature In The Early 80's. All I Can Remember We Is That The Heroine Was Called Fanny. It Was A Prior Piece. I Think It Involved A Journey And It Was Quite Funny. But I Cannot Remember The The Title????

My wife & I are just back from a break in Eastbourne. Strangely, Cyril Connolly's blue plaque is just along the road from the hotel where we always stay. We hadn't noticed it on previous visits.
