How To Design A Card That Simply Says "welcome To The Street" & The Best Program To Make It In?

We've just had some new neighbours move into the street and I want to welcome them and ease their settling in period. So, I want to make a card (as above)and print it off & drop it through their letter box? Any suggestions or advice (I'm not arty)?

You could go via a card company for example, funky pigeon or you could make it yourself?

If you decide to 'make your own' then you could take a photo of the street and put it on the front, you can also customise your text

You can buy blank cards, that you just write your own message on. That is what I would do,
