HeltaSkelta/Stuart Bayford

Anyone know anywhere I can find info on HeltaSkelta or Stuart Bayford? I've seen some works in the Art shop where I live (its called 'Art', making it difficult to find on the web) which are of famous people, Elvis, Audrey Hepburn, James Dean etc and they are black and white on a block colour background...like this:

I'm looking for more information on the guy who made them, Bayford.
Also one of the prints is of a guy with a machine gun, gangster looking (he's in a suit), anyone know who it is?I cant find a pic anywhere, Im sorry! Any good guesses?
