Unfortunately the anti union legislation passed by the conservatives after 1984 was never repealed by the `labour government`.
I feel working term and conditions are slowly returning to victorian times. In my factory we have people working a seventeen hour day (sometimes) voluntarily because they are desperate for the money . Although they are happy to do it, what will the heath effects be? The management refuse to recognise a union, and thats only half the story....
