I don't think that Paul Dukas included a (named) cat in the original description which accompanied the orchestral work, 'L'Apprenti Sorcier'. (If he did, it would presumably have been named in French).
There have been various adaptations of the story. Probably the most famous is included in Disney's 'Fantasia'. Walt Disney used many of his established cartoon characters in the film, including Mickey Mouse. So, if he included a cat, the most likely character he would have used at that time would have been Felix.
A web search shows that there have been many other adaptations of the story. At least one of these introduces a cat named Presto as a central character.
