I came accross some some really cute illustrations this afternoon and would like to know the difference between Manga and Anime art, also what are the best sites to learn and see more of it?

Manga is the Japanese artwork used in comic strips.

When this style is transferred to tv/film (i.e. animation) it is known as anime.
