When I was a small child about 6 I was given a book called Little Rhymes for Little Folk I estimate the date to be 1954. I would love to get a copy of it. Can anybody help?

Mrs. H.Strang, Little Rhymes for Little Folk, OUP, 1925.

[email protected] telephone 01948 710591, i've used this chap a few times, and he's always come up trumps, a bit expensive, but you expect that, and you can say no at any time until the book has been sent off.
If you do ask a book searcher to try to find this title, take care to specify the correct book. Ther have been several books with exactly the same title (and even more with 'folks' as the last word). Given the date of 1954 in your post, it seems to me that the volume you require was probably No.26 in the 'Father Tuck Little Book' series. This was published in 1952. (It might have been a reprint of the book Dot mentions but, if you're asking someone to find it, it would be safer to quote the 1952 volume rather than the 1925 one).
