In which of his works did John Betejman (I think it was) refer to Waterloo Station as a "practical, airy place"?

Any help much appreciated.

In the late 1960s Sir John Betjeman was commissioned to write about London's railway termini. There is a book by him called Londons Historic Railway Stations.Waterloo Station is mentioned in said book.
The book is still in print and a second edition was published in 2002.

Wish you a good weekend to you too Leo.
