Can anyone tell me what these are?

More specifically what these might be made of, they are quite heavy at least 500g each, and have no markings on them..any ideas? cheers

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.They do look like bronze, but I suspect they probably are a copper alloy of some kind, the sort used to make souvenir repros of ancient bronze artefacts in museums. They could also be spelter, with a simulated bronze finish. If they are bronze they will feel cold to the touch, even in a warm room. DIfficult to say whether 500g is heavy, as we don't know how big they are.
In answer to all your questions, yes they are mine, i have no idea where they came from as i inherited them from a family member. The bull is about 4 inches wide and 3 inches tall, as i said, weighs about 500g. The 'person' is about 3 inches by 3 inches, again about the same weight. I've no idea about how old they were, the person that gave them to me was quite old 82, but im sure they havent been in the family for generations!..does anyone have any thoughts on the 'style' especially the 'person' with the arms around the head, it reminds me of something but cant place it?...Thanks all for the answers so far!
