Book from my GCSE days.

When GCSEs were hard (1990, the 3rd year of having them), we studied a book in English Language. It was about a school in America where a teacher decided to conduct an experiment to demonstrate social exclusin. It was based on the blue eye/green eye/brown eye experiments. All the blue eyes were social elites. It went on with the blue eyes becoming all powerful in the school. The conclusion was where they were told the were going to meet their leader, via a videolink, who turned out to be Hitler.
I thought it was called 'Easy On The Relish', but I can't find any reference to it, anywhere.
