Can anyone remember a series of books that I remember reading in school in the 1980's about a character called Tim? I remember that titles like the Stump People and the Highwayman?

I don't remember this, but I've had a quick look and found that they were called "Flightpath to Reading: The Stump People" and "Tim Books: Storybooks - Set B: The Stump People" and they were writen by Sheila K McCullagh. They're on Amazon.co.uk, but unfortunately are not in stock. Hope this helps.

thanks, you've answered one of my questions that no one seemed to know the answer to. The books she did about Tim and the cats and witches, it all makes sense now.
