Cleaning a new oil painting

Can anyone help me with this.

I am new to oil painting and have just finished an oil on canvas I used double sided tape on the canvas and when I removed it the glue from the edge of the tape has remained on the board also on part of the canvas I accidently got oil paint where I didn't want it and it has dried, can anyone tell me how to remove both from the canvas or recommend who may be able to remove it. Try rubbing it with a little linseed oil.
