Peter Hest + Selworthy village

My father and step mother have recently split up and she is keeping all the original paintings they have, so I am trying to find a replacement for my dad. The artist is called Peter Hest and he lived in the Rectory Cottage in Selworthy (not sure, but about 10 years ago). The painting my father had was of Periwinkle Cottage Tearooms & the surrounding cottages in Selworthy. Can anyone shine any light on Mr Hest or whether his paintings are still available? I have been searching the net for hours now but to no avail - many thanks
