Can anybody name this royal artist?

Hello,
Im wondering if anyone saw the Rolf Harris Programme on painting the Queen of England a while back. It was by an artist that I have not been able to find. From what I can remember the painting was just a picture of the Queens head on a large canvas. The one im thinking of though is not the 3D image that was also featured. He was quite a modern artist I think. Any suggestions would be greatly apprieciated. :)
