You might care to try Christie's. They are on www.christies.com They have salerooms in Geneva, Zurich and Paris in the countries you name as well as in Amsterdam, Milan and Rome. I'm puzzled why you would want to sell such rugs in the countries you name .Are they likely to appeal particularly to those markets? Swiss customs are a pain at best and try to hit you with taxes at every turn when you bring goods in and sell them at auction there ( not being in the EU they treat all Europeans who are as easy pickings just for not being Swiss !). The Antiques Trade Gazette published a booklet, free to subscribers, listing European auction houses; you could always try to cadge one off them for other options. .
