I'm having trouble getting my powder to stick to paper. I'm using a clear emboss writer then sprinkling it on top, but its drying too quickly or the paper is absorbing it too fast. Any suggestions....? Thanks, Emma

Is your embossing powder new as they do seem to have a 'shelf life' . Another thing is make sure you are not using something like the Tim Holtz embossing powders as they are designed to only work with his ink pads. I also sometimes have trouble with sparkly glittery embossing powders and I have been stamping for years.
i assume you are using a heat tool to make the powder stick to the paper?

if not, then it won't stick without being heated up. If you are, then i agree with jules - it could be that your embossing pen / stamp pad may have dried up.
