Please don't think I'm being sarky - I'm not - but the 'Wessex Tales' is such a small volume with very short stories, so it might be worth getting it from a library.
Hi, Cetti! I assumed the questioner wanted critical material about the 'Tales' - information on theme, plot, characterisation and so on - rather than the stories themselves.

If just the stories are required, they are available online, too. Just click http://www.classicallibrary.org/hardy/wessex/ and then on the appropriate title from the list.

Hi there to you Sir! Yes, I know there's a whole library online, but occasionally it's good to be a bit rebellious and actually read a book - especially a tiny Hardy one that can disappear in an evening. 'Twas only a suggestion, though ;-)
