For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.It's simply a case of placing a smaller image on top of a larger one, using sticky pads to hold them together. Have a look at these images here. Can you see how you could cut out each piece of the puppy pictures, and stick one on top of the other to produce a 3D effect?
Another example is here, where a single image is reduced bit by bit. This is similar to the flower pictures in the first examples.
There are CDs available on eBay to help you manipulate images and shapes for such 3D cards, though I don't know how good they are.
